Present Continuous Tense
अगर आप हिंदी ग्रामर का इस्तेमाल करते हैं या हिंदी ग्रामर की पढ़ाई करते हैं, इसी के साथ इंग्लिश ग्रामर में भी टेंस का सबसे ज्यादा इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। हिंदी या इंग्लिश में वाक्य बनाने के लिए टेंस का बहुत ही ज्यादा महत्व होता है।
Present Continuous Tense क्या है?
Verb के इस रूप से यह पता चलता है, कि वर्तमान में जिस समय यह बात कही जा रही है, उस समय में काम पूरा नहीं हुआ है, मतलब कि वह अभी काम चल रहा है, जहां पर काम चलता रहता है वहां पर present continuous tense का इस्तेमाल किया जाता हैं।
पहचान- रहा है रही है रहे हैं रही हूं, इत्यादि।
आप उदाहरण के लिए इन वाक्यों को देख सकते हैं
- वह स्कूल में पढ़ रहा है।
- मोहन कमरे में खेल रहा है।
- विजय गाड़ी खरीदने जा रहा है।
- लड़के शोरगुल कर रहे है।
- बहन भोजन पका रही है।
इन वाक्यों को ध्यान पूर्वक देखने के बाद आप Present continuous को थोड़ा बहुत जरूर ही जान गए होंगे। आईए अब इसका अंग्रेजी में अनुवाद करना सीखते है। इसके लिए सबसे पहले इसके संरचना को जानना आवश्यक है।
Rule of simple sentence –
s+is/am/are+verb1+ing+o+other
Example
मैं अंग्रेजी सीख रहा हूं।
I am learning english.वह अर्थशास्त्र में एमए कर रहा है।
He is doing an M.A in economics.मैं जा रहा हूं।
I am going.राधा इंतजार कर रही है।
Radha is waiting.मोहन गाना गा रहा है।
Mohan is singing a song.
Rule of negative sentence-
s+is/am/are+not+v1+ing+o+other
Example
मैं तुमसे मिलने नहीं जा रहा हूं।
I’m not going to meet you.वह नहीं आ रहा है।
He is not coming.वह मंगलवार को नहीं आ रहा है।
He is not coming on Tuesday.मोहन नहीं पढ़ रहा है।
Mohan is not reading.मैं नहीं भाग रहा हूं।
I am not running.
Rule of interrogative sentence-
is/am/are+s+verb1+ing+o+other
Example
क्या आप मुझे भ्रमित कर रहे हैं?
Are you confusing me?क्या वह आ रहा है?
Is he coming ?क्या बच्चे नहीं दौड़ रहे हैं?
Are the children not running?क्या आप रो रहे हैं?

Rule Of Interrogative Negative Sentences
Interrogative negative वाक्यों का बनावट भी Interrogative कि तरह ही होता है, बस सब्जेक्ट के बाद ‘not’ लगा देना होता है। आईए इसके संरचना को देख के समझते है।
Am/is/are + subject + not + v-ing (v4)
For Example
क्या वह नही खा रहा है?
Is he not eating?क्या राधा नही खेल रही है?
Is radha not playing?क्या तुम नहीं दौड़ रहे हो?
Are you not running?क्या वह नही पढ़ रहा है?
Is he not reading?क्या तुम नहीं खेल रहे हो?

Wh words ( what / when / why / where / how) की मदद से बनने वाले वाक्य
Rule of sentence –
Wh words + am/is/are + subject + (not) + v-ing
For example :-
तुम क्या कर रहे हो?
What are you doing?
मोहन कहा जा रहा है?
Where is Mohan going?
वे क्या कर रहे है?
What are they doing?
तुम क्यों खा रहे हो?
What are you eating?
राधा कब आ रही है?
When is radha coming?
