इस टेंस से हमें यह ज्ञात होता है, कि कोई कार्य भूतकाल में शुरू हुआ और वर्तमान में भी हो रहा है, वह कार्य आगे जाकर भी रह सकता है, उसे ही प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस present perfect continuous tense टेंस कहते हैं।
पहचान- रहा है, रही है, रहे हैं, रहा हूं, हुआ है।
- वह खाता रहा है।
- मोहन बोलता रहा है।
- गीता गाती रही है।
- मोहन घूमता रहा है।
- सीता नाचती रही है।
- मेरा भाई 4 महीने से पीलिया से पीड़ित है।
- वह लड़का 5 साल से मुंबई में है।
- सीता और गीता 5 दिनों से बीमार है।
- वह बचपन से इस किताब को पढ़ रहा है।
- मेरा दो 4 घंटे से सो रही है।
- राम और श्याम सुबह से उस काम को कर रहे हैं।
Since का इस्तेमाल
जब वाक्य में निश्चित समय या अवधि दी जाती है तब since का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
For का प्रयोग
जब अवधि मतलब कितनी देर के लिए या कितने समय के लिए काम हो रहा है, यह वाक्य में दिया जाता है तब for का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।

Rule Of Simple Sentences-

वह 2004 से यहां रह रहा है।
He has been living here since 2004.तुम 2 वर्षों से अंग्रेजी सीख रहे हो।

Negative Sentences
Rule of Negative Sentences-

Example-
हम शाम से क्रिकेट नहीं खेल रहे हैं।
We have Not been playing cricket since evening.तुम 10 मिनट से गाड़ी की मरम्मत नहीं कर रहे हो।
You have not been repairing the car for 10 minutes.बच्चे 5 मार्च से स्कूल नहीं जा रहे हैं।
The children have not been going to school since 5 march.राधा मेरा इंतजार वर्षों से नहीं कर रही है।
Radha has not been waiting for me for years.तुम 8 सालों से इस कंपनी में काम नहीं कर रही हो।

Interrogative Sentence
Rule of Interrogative Sentence-
Have/has+s+been+v1+ing+o+other+since/for+time
Example
क्या तुम 2 घंटे से मेरा इंतजार कर रहे हो?

Negative Interrogative Sentence
जहां पर नहीं शब्द जुड़ा हुआ होता है वहां पर नेगेटिव इंटेरोगेटिव सेंटेंस का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।
